  • No Refunds: Payments for SEO services are non-refundable.
  • Reasoning: SEO is an ongoing service with no guaranteed results, as it depends on various factors beyond our control, including search engine algorithm updates.
  1. SAAS Products (e.g., GoAiChatBot)
  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds for subscriptions to GoAiChatBot are available within 7 business days of purchase.
  • Conditions for Refunds:
    • Refund requests must be submitted within the 7-day window.
    • Refunds apply only to initial subscriptions; renewals are not refundable.
    • Refunds will be processed if the product does not meet the promised functionality or fails to operate as described.

  • Charges related to third-party integrations.
